The Artist's Creative Process

As the poet Mary Oliver tells us,

“ . . .Happiness isn’t a town on a map,
or an early arrival, or a job well done, but good work
ongoing.”
Drawing Workshop Creative Process

We hope that this blog can become a place to explore and share that concept of “good work, ongoing.” Will you join in?

  • Will you share something about your creative work?
  • Are you exploring a new medium or experimenting with a new tool?
  • Did you travel to Malaysia and find inspiration in the dyeing technique in a back alley workshop?
  • What are you learning, doing, making that other artists might find useful?

Click on the link below to send us a few paragraphs (no more than 300 words) and a couple of images. We hope to post something new here every couple of weeks. Mary Oliver also asks this question: “Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”

Let’s find out.
